Best Anti Aging Skin Care

As someone who’s engaged myself, investing in the best anti aging skin care products is a huge priority for me. Not just for my upcoming wedding, but especially for the wedding! I turned 30 last July, and almost instantly I started noticing my skin wasn’t as vibrant. It started looking really textured with large pores. Forehead wrinkles started popping up overnight. And my smile lines were looking very deep and catching all the shadows in photos.

I did a lot of research on botox. But I’m not totally comfortable with a poison being injecting into my face. I kept hearing about skin cremes, but thought, “There’s just no way those work!” It seemed to me like a waste of money.

To be completely honest, I didn’t even think the products were working. It happens slow enough that it’s hard to really tell. When I pulled up my before photo and flipped back and forth between my updated photo, I was shocked! My pores are smaller, the fine lines on my forehead are gone! Even my cheeks seem to have lifted, because my smile lines aren’t as pronounced. 

Okay, drum roll, please! These photos are only 3 months apart! They are unedited, so I’m being completely vulnerable here, go easy on me. Ha! Here is my before and after:

I have your attention now, don’t I?? Here is everything I started doing during the time these before and after photos were taken:

1.) I use Rodan + Fields Redefine Regimen every morning and evening.

2.) I run a humidifier in my bedroom and office all day/night. (My skin tends to be extremely dry, which exaggerates my fine lines.)

3.) I use the Rodan + Fields AMP Roller + Serum 3Xs a week.

4.) I try to drink a full glass of water right when I wake up, and right before bed.
