Deryn and Alex wanted to do their engagement photos at their beautiful house in Evergreen. We decided to do it in the morning—6:30 AM to be exact! I appreciate them waking up and looking great. I never get to do morning shoots and the light was magical. I don’t know who had more energy –their gorgeous pups or them! 🙂 But serisouly look at the face on that Saint Bernard.
Here is their story: These two met when Deryn was working at a coffee shop. Alex became more than just a regular customer after he made pasta for her on their first date! Soon after they moved in together and rescued a dog…fast forward to four years later when they were on a hike with both dogs (shown below) going to the top of a mountain where Alex’s dad’s ashes were scattered and Alex got down on one knee. I can’t wait for their beautiful wedding in July!
