Lauryn and Ian were married at the Tapestry House in Laporte, CO. The Tapestry House is about 15 minutes from Fort Collins. This venue has some of the best light I’ve ever photographed! The sunset was perfect. And the light in the room for dancing was magical. I LOVE the Tapestry House. It’s easily one of my favorite venues.
Lauryn and Ian met in a video production class. And now they own a videography business! Check them out here.
These two did things a little differently for their wedding. After their first look, they actually went straight into cocktail hour with guests. Then they had dinner and toasts. And then they had their ceremony! Lauryn and Ian wanted a night ceremony. Since they are videographers, they set up some huge video lights at the ceremony to add just a little pop of warm light.
I started the photos off with our shoot at sunset…
Lauryn and her bridesmaids got dressed at Edwards House, a bed and breakfast in Fort Collins.
And then, Lauryn got her dress on at the Tapestry House…
And now for The First Look, of course. 🙂
Curate Events & Design did an amazing job with all the details and set up.Â
This is the video professor who is the reason these two met!
Cocktail Hour…And dinner before the night ceremony.
I love white cakes!!
The gazebo is a perfect ceremony space.
And that’s some romantic lighting. I thought that was so neat that Lauryn and Ian did their own thing for their wedding. You have to make the day yours!
Wohooooo! And they are married!
I LOVE these dancing pics.
And they played a wedding game where you try to find your person in a line up just by touch. 🙂
And goooodnight!
